These terms govern your use of the website and the services we provide as a Canadian immigration service provider to individuals and families (“users” or “you”). Please read these terms carefully before using our website.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Website or our services.

Services

Bluefern Immigration Services offers Canadian immigration services to individuals and families seeking visas, permits, study permits, permanent residency, and other immigration-related applications. The information and services provided on the Website are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

User Eligibility

By using the Website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Website on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of the Website shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Bluefern Immigration Services concerning the use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Bluefern Immigration Services to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Bluefern Immigration Services. We may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without restriction.

Initial Service Agreement

By booking a consultation, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions, which also serve as an initial service retainer with the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

Taibat Akindele (the “RCIC”), Membership Number R713013,

AND

with yourself (the “Client”), for the purpose of an initial consultation regarding Canadian Immigration.

The Client is required to pay the booking fee as indicated on the booking page.

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Please note that the RCIC is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, adheres to its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

Scope of Consultation

The consultation aims to provide the consultant with sufficient information for a thorough analysis and comprehensive advice on Canadian immigration options, including estimated time frames, application fees, and representation costs (if applicable).

Limits of Engagement

Under this Agreement, the services provided are limited to a single consultation on the specific matter mentioned above. The RCIC will not offer further information or advice unless a separate written agreement is entered into by both the Client and the RCIC for other matters.

Method of Consultation

Initial consultations are conducted via video conferencing using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. If you have not received this link, please contact info@bluefernimmigration.com. The consultation is for the allocated time, and no credit or refund will be given for any unused time.

Reschedule or Missed Consultation

If the booked consultation date needs to be changed, the Client must notify info@bluefernimmigration.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time to request a new date. Consultations can be rescheduled only once. If the Client is more than 20 minutes late for their appointment, the consultation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

The Client is entitled to a refund of any fees not yet earned under this Agreement, minus a 10% administrative charge. Fees are considered earned by the RCIC immediately on the date and time of the scheduled consultation and are non-refundable once earned.

Client Responsibility: The Client must provide the RCIC with accurate and honest information and documentation necessary for the consultation. Failure to disclose all relevant information may affect the advice provided and could void this Agreement or impact the outcome of the client’s application.

Advice Current on Date of Consultation: The advice provided by the RCIC is based on Canadian immigration law and policy as of the date of the consultation. The RCIC is not liable for any subsequent changes in government legislation or policy that may affect the processing of future applications.

No Guarantee on Outcome: The RCIC provides consulting services to the standard of a competent CICC member. However, she does not guarantee assistance in meeting the Client’s business, education, employment, or immigration goals.

Confidentiality: The RCIC is bound to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and documentation, except as required by law or with prior consent.
