One of our goals for Canadian immigration is family reconciliation. If the relatives you sponsored move to Canada permanently, they are eligible to live, study, and work there. If you are at least 18 years old, a Canadian citizen, a person who is recognized as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act, or a permanent resident of Canada, you may be able to sponsor some relatives to immigrate to Canada.

Several of the family sponsorship initiatives include:

• Donate to your grandparents and parents.
• Sponsor your family members
• Sponsor your adopted child
