After the first Convo, I didn't waste time to engage her to work on my family application. Her humility, sincerity, professionalism endeared me to her. To be honest, she is very good at what she does. When I proof-read the application and the SOP she prepared for us, I was awed. I told my wife that, this lady is good. Application was submitted on August 12th and she followed through with us till we got an approval on September 27th.
